Western PA School Superintendent Fired For Ethics Violations

BEAVER FALLS, PA — Blackhawk School District Superintendent Robert Postupac has been fired for ethics violations.

The school board voted to terminate him on Thursday.

The move came after the Pennsylvania Ethics Commission recently fined Postupac and Moon Area School District board member Mark Scappe for violating state ethics laws. The men conspired to trade jobs for their children in their respective districts, according to a May 16 ethics commission report.
