“I have a 4-year-old called George, and if I gave him a telephone I do not know what he would do,” William told now 5-year-old Suzie, according to People. “And so you know what, I’m going to have a conversation with my George about what to do because of what you’ve done. It’s really important.”

Suzie was honored at the Pride of Britain Awards in London with a Child of Courage honor. The Duke of Cambridge also met with first responders from both the Grenfell Tower fire and the Manchester attack, presenting them with Special Recognition Awards on stage. He was joined by some of the young people who were injured in the Manchester Arena attack.

“The courage and the spirit that Manchester showed … is a huge example to all of us,” Prince William said. “I got to witness first-hand the incredible professionalism of our NHS doctors and nurses through the air ambulance.”
