Manchester United midfielder Paul Pogba spoke to SFR Sport in an exclusive interview that is being aired this afternoon. In this extract, he discusses his decision to return to the Red Devils.
“It is a big challenge. I could have gone to a club like Barcelona or Real Madrid, who were interested. But I decided to come back here, because it was a feeling in my heart, a feeling inside me that pushed me to come here. I want to win with Manchester United. I have never won [something] with Manchester United. I know that the last four or five years have been a bit difficult for the club. It was not the same like the last 10 years. I want Manchester United to become the great Manchester United again. That is my challenge here. The price I don’t think about myself anymore. I am here, I can to play football. Today I am not happy because of the fact that I am the most expensive player in the world, I have forgotten all about that. I don’t care.”
