JOLIET — Cynthia Nagra, a 37-year-old woman has been incarcerated inside the Will County Jail on four different occasions since 2021, faces another incarceration after the Joliet Police Department obtained a new felony warrant for her arrest on Wednesday.
This time, Nagra is charged with three counts of aggravated battery.
The criminal complaint indicates that on Sept. 5, Nagra caused great bodily harm to a man when she struck him in the face on Jefferson Street in Joliet.
