That’s according to Ian Holloway, who believes there is ‘no way back’ for the forward at Old Trafford after bringing shame on the club.
Lingard has been slammed by Red Devils supporters and in the media for uploading a foul-mouthed video online from his holiday in Miami with team-mate Marcus Rashford.
The clip features the 27-year-old shouting and swearing in his hotel suite, while one of his friends also makes an lewd gesture in a bed, and then goes on to brag that his room has ‘seen a lot of s**t’ during their trip.
One fan told talkSPORT on Thursday that he was left ‘absolutely raging’ by the video, while Scotland legend Ally McCoist also told Lingard to be a better role model for young supporters.
And Holloway believes the incident proves United have a ‘huge problem’ within their current squad and that manager Ole Gunner Solskjaer should get rid of the bad influences in the dressing room – starting with Lingard.
