Impact Wrestling will continue with its one event a month pace, announcing Sacrifice for Saturday, March 13th on their Impact Plus streaming service.
After a four year absence, Impact revived the Sacrifice brand last February on Impact Plus, headlined by then-World Champion Tessa Blanchard defeating then-X Division Champion Ace Austin.
This will be the fourth Impact special event in 2021 following January’s Genesis (Plus) and Hard To Kill (pay-per-view) and last Saturday’s No Surrender (Plus). As of now, the next scheduled event after Sacrifice is April 24th’s Rebellion PPV.
Like with the Plus shows, it’s expected Sacrifice will be filmed in advance at Nashville, Tennessee’s Skyway Studios.
Based on recent TV, current World Champion Rich Swann vs. Moose would appear to be a front runner for the Sacrifice main event with Impact Tag Team Champions The Good Brothers against David Finlay and Juice Robinson as another possibility for the card.
This Tuesday’s show will also see the next challengers for the Knockouts Tag Team Champions decided in addition to a six-man tag that will decide the competitors for an X-Division number one contender triple threat match.
