The Tony Awards is Broadway’s biggest night. The event doesn’t only focus on recognizing excellence in theater work, but also the stars that walk down the red carpet. Here are some of our favorite looks from this year’s prestigious American ceremony.
What do you think of Elisabeth Moss’ Oscar de la Renta dress? Makes you want to roll down a hill with lilies and daisies? It’s a beautiful floral dress in fresh white. The embellished florals and marigold-yellow ribbon makes her look like one of those Disney princesses.
Geneva Carr looks like the star of the night in this jaw-dropping red mermaid cut dress. It’s not just your average red dress, but it’s all sorts of stunning that when you see her, you’ll stop dead in your tracks and admire her.
Jennifer Lopez has never disappointed us. She attended the event wearing a non-skintight Valentino couture gown. It’s like the start of a new era for J. Lo. From the last awards ceremonies she attended, you might remember her almost-nude and skin-tight gowns. Either way, this beautiful woman still continues to look like a dream.
This watercolor floral gown is such a picture of spring and summer as seen here on Vanessa Hudgens. The Gigi star totally rocks this dress.
Taylor Schilling wore this Michael Kors with peaking side features and a sheer mesh from behind. It looks complicated and the dress is absolutely edgy but we believe it depends mostly on what angle you’re seeing it from.
Okay, Amanda Seyfried is absolutely lovely in this Oscar de la Renta gold embroidery see-through black lace dress. Some thinks she looks like a dancer at a cabaret but no, it’s actually pretty. The darkness and shimmer of the dress compliments her pale skin.
Ooh la la ~ Emily Ratajkowski is super classy chic in this navy Marc Jacobs dress that features a keyhole and criss-crossing neckline. The only thing we hate about this is the embellishments on the side but overall, this look gets 2 thumbs up.
Well, anything light and pale is something we love these days. This 2 Broke Girls’ star looks like a modern Cinderella in this Gauri and Nainika dress. Beth Behrs looks radiant than ever in this gown that features a floor-sweeping twist to the Cinderella inspired look. She kept her accessories minimal and that’s something you need to do to if you want a gorgeous dress like this to stand out.
Joan Smalls’ bone structure is perfect and she shows it off in this Givenchy gown, giving out a slightly retro vibe. Some say the dress looks like a vintage curtain, but for us, it looks a bit of modern and a fashion-forward look.
Ivanka Trump was having a princess moment in an elegant and comfortable-looking Prabal Gurung gown. Lovely black mesh detailing on the sides and a black and white camo-inspired print.
