Spring is finally here. Because of the inconsistent weather and temperature, it will be a lot hard season to dress for. If you’re quite unsure of how to dress yourself for the season, check out our menswear guide to working on your spring casual outfits.
A nice preppy brand outfit. While chinos are usually an autumn and winter kind of trend, these short trousers could still work for the season. If you don’t own a pair of chinos, all you need to do is roll up your trousers then you’re good to go.
If you want to wear shorts, wear wide-fit cut shorts that sit just above the knee. Something from the sportswear section.
Hats are easier to wear during the warmer seasons. No matter what type of hat is, make it work for you.
Bags aren’t just a girls’ best friend. They could be boys’ too, only if you know how to choose the right one. Find a bag that won’t make you look like you’re using your girlfriend’s purse. Choose a man bag, a sports rucksack, etc.
Sportswear had been a huge trend in runways, but that doesn’t mean you’re going to wear those boring joggers. Find something like slim line joggers or what the others call “jogger pants” because these are suddenly replacing jeans as the go-to trouser as seen on high street fashion as well.
You can definitely wear pastel as seen on the runways as well. They are light, will make you look fresh and clean, perfect for spring and summer.
Have you seen the movie American Hustle? Mens’ tops were bright and printed something fun and loud. As seen on Saint Laurent, Prada and Louis Vuitton fashion shows during the fashion week, it seems like it’s going to be a huge trend for the season as well.
For your shoes, something like and informal is something you’d like to sport as footwear – these could be loafers from Toms, you could even wear boat shoes from Sperry.
When the weather is warm and chilly at the same time, wear shorts and just roll up your sweaters a bit.
You could never go wrong with jeans and a v-neck shirt. It’s simple yet very fashionable.
