The voice note comes from Ward and explains how Keane went after Walters and Arter for not training with the national team last year.
The argument, along with Ireland’s poor Nations League campaign, is believed to have led to manager Martin O’Neill and assistant boss Keane’s Republic of Ireland departure last November.
And the leaked transcript appears to have angered Keane for months.
“Harry Arter went to Cardiff on loan, they got relegated,” the former Manchester United captain said.

Arter, though, said in 2018 both he and Keane had resolved their differences.
Keane, though, speaking at a Cadbury event in Dublin, reserved his most personal criticism for Walters.
In May, the 35-year-old revealed in a TV interview his heartache of losing his mum when he was just 11, along with his brother last year.
And Keane mentioned that interview, saying: “He talks a good game.
“Imagine if he’d won a trophy. He goes on the TV about how he was harshly treated by me. He’s crying on the TV about his family situation.
“Maybe he should lie low for a while. Have a look at his medals? That wouldn’t take long. We got beaten by Wales. Jon played. Jon didn’t have a good game.
