FARMINGDALE, NY — Gino’s of Farmingdale is gearing up for its grand opening week with specials from March 11 through March 17.
Gino’s is at 331 Main Street, replacing Dalers Pizza, which took over for a Gino’s location not affiliated with current ownership.
The new Gino’s, for its grand opening week, is set to offer $10 regular pies; $15 specialty pies; $5 heroes; $10 pasta dishes; and $15 entrees.

“We’re looking forward to meeting everyone,” Alex Tulley, a co-partner, told Patch. “It’s one of the reasons we’re doing the specials. It’s not just about bringing business in. We want to be able to meet all our customers and get to know the community. We’re looking forward to it.”
Michael Grimaudo, another partner, said the Farmingdale community has been “amazing” since the new pizzeria opened. He added he is looking forward to Gino’s becoming part of the neighborhood.

Co-partner Joe Licata said the group knows how much being a part of the community means to Farmingdale residents.
“We’re looking to be a staple pizzeria for the Dalers community,” Licata said. “We want to embrace every customer and every business. We want to be the neighborhood pizzeria for all of Farmingdale. That’s what we’re looking to do.”
Gino’s of Farmingdale will be open seven days a week, offer free delivery and sell gluten-free options, Tulley said.
“We’re focusing on being the local pizzeria that everybody’s going to call,” Licata said.
Tulley said the group behind Gino’s wants everyone to come try the product.
“We put a lot of love into it. We all work really hard, and we want everyone to come try it,” Tulley said.
Grimaudo said Gino’s of Farmingdale “absolutely, 100%” plans to get involved with and give back to the community.
“Anybody who’s asking for any kind of donations that have to do with the community, the schools, the hospitals or anything else, we don’t hesitate in giving back, that’s for sure,” Grimaudo said.
Tulley said he is unsure what the group will do with the “Dalers” sign hanging outside of the pizzeria, but he said the group is “trying to make everyone happy.”
Gino’s is set to offer family meal deals and hold specials on most nights, including pasta nights on Mondays and Tuesdays; pizza nights on Wednesdays; and parm nights on Thursdays and Sundays.
