HOLLYWOOD, CA — Mediterranean fast-casual chain Cava on Friday opened up a new location in Hollywood.
The restaurant is located at 6200 Sunset Blvd., between Gower and Vine streets and across from the Hollywood Palladium.
Founded in 2011 in the Washington, D.C. area, Cava’s model is familiar to anyone who’s been to Chipotle — but with a Mediterranean focus. Diners go down the line and pick from a variety of grains, greens, vegetables, meats, dips or and dressings to make their perfect bowl or pita wrap.

“Our mission is to bring heart, health, and humanity to food, and everything we do at Cava is grounded in that spirit of generosity, to our guests, our team members, and our community,” Tony Frazier, Cava regional director said in a statement. “We couldn’t be more excited to be in Hollywood.”
