The Gunners have forced the rest of the league to sit up and take notice as they begin to flourish under Unai Emery’s leadership
Arsenal will be chasing their 10th successive victory when they face off against Leicester City in the Premier League on Monday.
Unai Emery’s side have been in sensational form and went into the international break having strung together nine wins on the trot in all competitions.
The partnership between Alexandre Lacazette and Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, in particular, has been flourishing, though Gunners fans will have to wait to see if the pair get a chance as the Gabon international will begin the night on the bench.
Leicester, meanwhile, find themselves in mid-table having lost at home to Everton prior to the international break and they will be eager to secure a positive result on their return to action.

Sokratis suffered an ankle injury while on international duty with Greece and will miss out on the action, but Danny Welbeck has trained and is available off the bench. Mesut Ozil has recovered from a back problem and starts, but Petr Cech is still a concern as he recovers from a hamstring injury, missing out on the gameday squad.
Laurent Koscielny and Konstantinos Mavropanos are expected to be back in action in November, while Ainsley Maitland-Niles has returned to training after suffering a minor leg fracture in August.

Wes Morgan will miss the game through suspension, meaning Jonny Evans is likely to come into the defence to partner Harry Maguire. Demarai Gray has been sidelined with an ankle issue but could be available to play.

Hector Bellerin may have warned supporters not to be “unrealistic” about Arsenal’s expectations following their recent upturn in fortunes, but it is easy to see why some might allow themselves the luxury.
Even though they currently sit outside the top four, in their last five games in the Premier League the Gunners have posted the best run of form in the division, surpassing early pace-setters Manchester City, Liverpool and Chelsea.
They scored 14 goals in those games, with Aubameyang and Lacazette bagging eight between them, forcing the rest of the league to take notice of the burgeoning partnership.
Arsenal’s only defeats this season came in the opening two weeks of the campaign, against City and Chelsea, but they have improved significantly since then, with the players adapting favourably to the new methods being implemented by Emery.
Their last meeting with Leicester ended in a 3-1 defeat as the final days of Arsene Wenger’s reign lurched to a disappointing conclusion, while the reverse fixture at the Emirates was a narrow 1-0 win in the north London side’s favour.
The Foxes are coming up against an altogether different beast on Monday, though.
