FS32K146UAT0VLQT :ARM microcontroller MCU S32K146 Arm Cortex-M4F, 112 MHz, 1 Mb Flash, CAN FD, FlexIO, CSEc security, LQFP144 – S32K MCUs for General Purpose.Junction temperature is a function of die size, on-chip power dissipation, package thermal resistance, mounting side (board) temperature, ambient temperature, air flow, power dissipation or other components on the board, and board thermal resistance.

The thermal characterization parameter is measured per JESD51-2 specification using a 40 gauge type T thermocouple epoxied to the top center of the package case. The thermocouple should be positioned so that the thermocouple junction rests on the package.
