STUDIO CITY, CA — A 23-year-old woman was rescued by Los Angeles Fire Department crews after slipping down an embankment off Mulholland Drive not far from the scenic outlook.
The rescue happened just before 2 a.m. at 8469 Mulholland Drive, according to LAFD spokeswoman Lyndsey Lantz.
A fire department helicopter illuminated the slope while crews worked to bring her up. There were no vehicles involved in the accident and no major injuries, according to Lantz.

It was not immediately known if the woman sustained any injuries or how she fell over the cliff.
