FARMINGDALE, NY — The Jack’s Nightmare Halloween Pop-Up is descending upon Alibi Lounge in Farmingdale in the dead of night.
People can grab tickets to the 21-or-older event here. Dates start on Sept. 22 and run through Oct. 31. Alibi is at 230 Main St., Farmingdale.
The pop-up is inspired by “The Nightmare Before Christmas” movie. People can indulge in Halloween-themed cocktails with a small plate food menu, while getting a visit from The Pumpkin King himself with table side interactions and photo opportunities.

Alibi Lounge has been hosting pop-ups since winter 2022 when Unique Social Events proposed a Mr. Grinch Christmas Popup. The popup was a “huge success,” said Alibi owner Pete Dragone, who then hosted an anti-Valentine’s Day popup earlier this year.
“Afterwards we realized people are looking for different unique experiences to enjoy with their family and friends, so we started brainstorming popular themes and Jack’s Nightmare Halloween Popup came to mind,” Dragone told Patch. “Inspired by the movie ‘The Nightmare Before Christmas,’ so we ran with it. We hope everyone gets a chance to see and enjoy this great experience.”
