Liverpool transfer news: When West Ham star and Reds target Felipe Anderson admitted his ‘dream’ to play for Manchester United

The Hammers paid a club record £36million to sign the 26-year-old from Lazio last summer.

Anderson went on to score 10 goals in 40 appearances for the club this season.

It would cost the Liverpool dearly to prise him away from their fellow Premier League club, though, according to reports.

Bleacher Report suggest that Anderson and West Ham have a gentleman’s agreement in place, which would allow him to leave for £75million.

The Hammers were the team to finally bring Anderson to England last summer after a number of years in which he was linked with a Premier League switch.

Manchester United are known to have wanted the Brazilian, and they allegedly tried to sign him from Lazion in 2017.
